I am unabale to access RAL Player from my desktop. I have recently purchased the up grade to 15 for
$30. Cant access technical support either. VERY disappointed.
I download the program , I tape the videos, but when I am going to play what I have downloaded, a
message shows-up saying"realplayer stop functioning".What coul it be?
