Have been using the software for sometime. For my use it has been doing very good job. Wanted to upgrade my computer and after a few email back and forth they agreed to accommodate me. They have policy that can only be found in their EULA agreement that the software cannot be moved from one computer to another. While that is a good way to protect their software it is not a very interesting procedure if you have a computer failure and need to replace the computer or you desire to upgrade your system. Since my computer is old and I plan to upgrade it, they have agreed to assist me. Thank you. Like all purchases comparison of features to needs and evaluation of costs is important. For me it is a great value.
